Moving house, in or out, getting ready to sell, we can project manage the whole thing, we can handle all the interior work and even garden work outside, we have trusted painters, plumbers, electricians and builders so you don't have to chase after anyone, we handle all the keyholding and logistics and before we start we give you a fixed price which we stick to.

We deal with all types of bio cleans from the dog having an accident, to illness causing problems, to the unfortunate circumstances when someone dies in their home. We clean up, disinfect, deodorise and dispose of soiled items with a bio hazard waste disposal firm. Don't feel embarrassed to talk to us about your needs, this is our job and you will always find an understanding ear.  We have some of the very best steam cleaning and extraction equipment to ensure the is no residue or bacteria left to worry you.

TENANTED PROPERTIES
 
We can completely prepare a property where tenants are moving out in readiness for you new tenants to move in, we can accomodate quick changeovers and handle keys from your door and back so you don't have to be running around. Please ask about house clearances as well.
 
STUDENT LETS
 
We can help you with your summer student let change overs, we can provide extra cleaning staff and prepare your lets for the new intake during the brief period you have ready. Our record to date was 1600 rooms during one summer break. It nearly broke us as well but we did it!
